Responder details: names and phone numbers of the responders an organization chooses to enroll, provided to us by that organization. Emergency event data: when an SOS sign is triggered we process the sign's location, timestamps, and responders' replies (for example, “on my way”). Messaging metadata: the delivery status of the WhatsApp messages we send.
We use this information solely to deliver emergency alerts to the designated responders and to help an organization coordinate its on-site response. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Alerts are delivered over WhatsApp through our communications provider, Twilio. Message delivery is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of Twilio and of WhatsApp/Meta. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate Fastponder (such as Twilio and our hosting provider), and where required by law.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting support@fastponder.com.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These terms govern your use of Fastponder, an on-site emergency response alerting service operated by Lavi Ketner (עוסק פטור), Israel.
Fastponder is a supplementary notification tool that alerts an organization's trained on-site responders. It is not an emergency medical service and is not a replacement for professional help. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number first (in Israel, 101 for Magen David Adom).
Fastponder sends WhatsApp alerts to the responders an organization enrolls when an SOS sign is triggered, including available location information. Responders choose whether and how to respond.
We work to deliver alerts quickly and reliably, but delivery depends on third-party systems outside our control, including WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio, mobile carriers, and internet connectivity. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
You agree to use Fastponder only for legitimate emergency-response purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastponder and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including any failure or delay in message delivery caused by third-party systems.
